Delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of the blue 'request for delivery' card which is sent to you with confirmation of order.

All of our buildings are manufactured, delivered and erected by our own highly skilled workforce.
Erection of your garage can only take place if your garage base has been concreted level and large enough to accommodate your garage. In the event that your base is not suitable, our erectors must stack the garage parts on your property. You must then correct the base before we will return to complete the erection. There will be a charge of 15% of the garage total for this additional service.
Access must be safe and clear for the erectors and it is essential that full details of access are given on the Delivery Information Sheet (sent with blue delivery card and confirmation of order) so that any obstacles such as steps, walls, lawns, archways etc can be considered and checked out. A small additional charge may be made to cover the cost of an additional man to overcome any problem or obstacle. In the event that the obstacle cannot be overcome or access is such that erection of your garage cannot be safely undertaken, the garage order will be considered cancelled and a full refund made.
