The DASHMASTER

The Dashmaster is our most economical and affordable garage.

A highly practical garage featuring a pent roof (sloping from front to back) which allows rain water to disperse quickly and efficiently into the gutter and fallpipe (fitted as standard).

Features

• Concrete panels all fully reinforced with purpose made, welded steel mat
• Smallest panel is 6 ft 6 inches high.
• Choice of hardwearing, weather resistant panel finishes -
  • Multi spar
  • Limestone
  • Irish white spar (extra cost option - please call for prices)
• Roofing is corrugated, cement fibre sheets, bolted onto welded steel trusses, primed in red oxide
• Decorative front fascia, side fascia boards and timber window all fully treated with anti fungus, water repellent stain
• All interior joints sealed with mastic
• Choice of doors -
• Henderson Merlin Canopy steel, 'up & over' door (clearance height 6 ft 2 inches)traditional timber door (glazed or fully boarded)
• Double garages come with 2 doors and are available with either a dividing wall or open plan with a loadbearing steel RSJ on a steel stanchion.
• One 4ft fixed timber window is included in the price, two in a double garage.
• The Dashmaster is available up to 24 ft long and up to 20 ft 6 inches wide.
• Extra height Dashmaster garages are also available, on request.
• Wider doors may be available as an additional cost option
